Yoga Nidra (also known as Yogic sleep) is a gentle but deeply powerful practice.

A guided relaxation technique designed to ease you into that blissful state between wake and sleep, the place where real healing can take place.

During the 1 hour class, you will be guided through all 8 stages of Yoga Nidra.  From settling in through visualisations to complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation promoting healing and clarity.

Anyone can practice as your total investment is to come along, lay down and let go. I will guide you through the rest.
